Our Process

New Title

Step 1

Intake Process: Vilij will gather information from parent/ caregiver. Documents will also be collected for verification of benefits (VOB). Once Vilij receives the VOB from the family’s insurance, the family will be notified and an in-person assessment will be scheduled.

Step 2

In Person Assessment: Vilij will schedule a formal assessment. The BCBA will conduct a direct assessment which will identify how we can best serve your child and family. Once the BCBA has completed the report, the BCBA will present the results of the assessment and propose goals identified during the assessment.

Step 3

Introduction To Services:  The scheduler will send the family an introduction to services email introducing members of your individual clinical care team. A virtual meet and greet will be set up so the family can be introduced to the full clinical team.

Step 4

Services Begin: Weekly direct services begin with your designated registered behavior technician (RBT) and ongoing support and supervision from your board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).
