  • Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) I & II


    Department: Clinical

    Reports To: Clinical Director


    Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Openings



    Job Summary

    A Board Certified Behavior Analyst will provide support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and training as needed. BCBA’s will also be supporting families by assessing skills with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), creating Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP), providing parent support and skills for generalizing acquired skills of their loved one. Various job duties will be understood and explained during the interview process and orientation. Pay is commensurate with experience. Priority will be given to applicants with multiple years of experience.



    Education

    • Master's Degree or Graduate Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education or equivalent, with at least 1 year of experience as a BCBA I or 3 years of experience as a BCBA II

    Required Skills

    • Good standing with the BACB
    • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certified
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Eligibility to work in the United States
    • Certificate in First Aid & CPR Training

    Experience

    • In the field as a BCBA commensurate for BCBA I or BCBA II
    • Past caseload of at least 8+ families
    • Experience in development, writing, implementation, evaluation of client progress/assessments
    • Training behavior therapists in principles of ABA
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Consistency in attendance and support provided to team

    Duties/Responsibilities

    • Conduct assessments with new and current clients
    • Write and monitor progress with behavior intervention plans
    • Oversee ongoing progress with your client caseload
    • Attend consistent meetings with Lead BCBA
    • Collaborate with other BCBA’s
    • Openness to working with children of all ages and with a variety of disorder areas
    • A passion for working with children
    • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
    • Creativity and flexibility
    • Access to personal transportation
    • Potential to supervise practicum students
    • Providing direct services to clients in the home setting
    • The ability to “connect” with children and parents
    • Training RBT’s as needed with clients (e.g., running specific programs, training on new programs added, training on BIP)
    • Providing mentorship to RBT’s
    • Reliable transportation

    Physical Requirements

    • Physical demands may include the following;
    • Lifting, carrying, pulling, and/or pushing
    • Assist with lifting, carrying, pulling, and/or pushing
    • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time

    Pay

    • $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

    Schedule

  • Full-Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

    Requirements:


    Education: 

    1. RBT Certified: Bachelor’s Degree or 1 year of experience in ABA field as an BT or RBT
    2. Non-RBT Certified: Previous experience in applied behavior analysis, childcare experience, certification required within 6 months of hire
    • Valid Driver's License & reliable transportation
    • Comfortable with highway driving
    • Eligibility to work in the United States & State of Illinois
    • Certificate in First Aid & CPR Training / willing to become certified
    • Full time: Requirement of 30 hours a week of availability to work directly work with client
    • Consistency in attendance
    • Comfortable with hybrid in-home and in-clinic setting
